Thank you for choosing Wegouda for your charcuterie needs.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, due to the nature of our products and the preparation involved, we are unable to offer refunds for charcuterie orders within 72 hours of your scheduled pickup or delivery.

Lost or stolen deliveries will not be reimbursed or remade. Ensure you are home between the delivery window and contact us in advance if you will not be so we can rearrange a different time. 

Refund Procedure

If you need to cancel your order and request a refund more than 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery, please contact us at hello@wegouda.ca as soon as possible. We will review your request and, if eligible, initiate the refund process.

Non-refundable Items

Please note that certain circumstances may make your order non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled pickup or delivery.

  • Failure to pick up your order at the scheduled time.

  • Changes in dietary preferences or restrictions after the order has been prepared.
